Eligibility for Refunds
Standard Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. If you decide that the course or service is not right for you within this period, you are eligible to receive a full refund.
Payments Made with FET Crypto Token: If you made your purchase using the FET Crypto token, you have an extended refund period of 14 days from the purchase date. This accommodates the unique nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
Course Completion Status:
More than Half Completion: If you have completed more than half of a course, you are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because significant resources are allocated once a student progresses beyond this point.
Less than Half Completion: If you have completed less than half of the course and are within the standard 7-day period (or 14-day period for FET Crypto payments), you may request a full refund.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at helpdesk@skillfullhub.com. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund.
Review by Our Team: Our team will review your refund request based on the course completion data and transaction records. We aim to process requests promptly.
Confirmation: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment or, in the case of FET Crypto, to the original wallet address used for the payment.
Additional Information
Refunds are only issued to the original payer and in the original form of payment.
If a course was purchased as part of a bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the bundle discount received.
Exceptions
No refunds are possible beyond the specified periods, regardless of the course completion status, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
